The Harris Property​

This 135-acre property, purchased by the Town of East Haddam as open space, includes 17 acres for municipal use and 118 acres of open space trails, an old ice pond, and its dam, a variety of woodlands, and the highest elevation of land in East Haddam.

 

East Haddam Land Trust members have worked with the East Haddam Conservation Commission to create trails here.

 

The Harris Property connects to Shanaghan Road and is accessible off of Mt. Parnassus Road.
